It is the mission of the Construction Industries Federation of Namibia to serve, promote and enhance a prosperous construction industry on behalf of its members in matters of national and international concern and to enhance the quality of life by providing employment and improving skills.
Objectives:
The objectives of the Construction Industries Federation of Namibia include: to represent members in their individual and collective capacities by supporting them against unfair practice to develop and maintain friendly business relations among members to promote harmonious working relationships among its members, their employees and trade unions to represent national interests of the Namibian construction industry with the Government to coordinate the skills and training needs of the building industry in Namibia
