Become a Member of the CIF to make use of these benefits

If you are not happy and have been adversely affected by the carrying out of building services by a member of the Construction Industries Federation of Namibia (CIF) you can submit a complaint to offices of the CIF.

This means that a complaint can be submitted by any person that is directly and adversely affected by work undertaken by a contractor who is a member of the CIF. This includes the owner of the building work; a third party (e.g. neighbour) and also a subcontractor. 

A building service complaint hinges upon the quality of performance of that service. If the service is not carried out in a proper and proficient manner or is faulty or unsatisfactory, then the making of a complaint is warranted. If you wish to submit a complaint to the CIF, please contact us.
